Who I am

I'm a developer and IT professional based in Miami, FL, originally from Caracas, Venezuela. I've lived and worked in three countries — Venezuela, Spain, and the United States — which has shaped my ability to adapt quickly and communicate across cultures.

I spent 3 years at Vodafone as a Commercial Advisor managing enterprise CRM systems and client accounts, and at Iberdrola resolving technical incidents and handling sensitive data. In late 2024, I independently architected and deployed a full omnichannel management system for a Miami business.

My long-term goal is Cybersecurity Analysis. I hold Google Professional Certificates in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Linux & SQL, and Risk Management, alongside a Cisco certification. I also run Arch Linux daily with a fully customized environment.
